Lean Basics Yellow Level Training

The trainees were talents from several different companies spread around Europe. This training was hosted at Hoek Van Holland in the Synres Site, a location supported by S Plus Consult with a great go and see to learn potential. The trainees had the great opportunity to learn at Gemba how flow cells, visual management and kanban systems work live. Additional they had the unique opportunity to interview for 90min. the local Site Manager about the Lean Journey. Therefore would like to take the chance to thanks once more the Synres Site for the great support.

• Use A3 thinking for structural problem solving
• See and remove waste in their organisation
• Use the appropriate Lean and Six Sigma tools/methods to quantify, visualize and analyze problems/root causes & waste
• Participate in team based problem solving
• Make change happen and deliver results
